These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ConcordeApp mobile application available on the Google Play Store (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

 

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by or licensed to ConcordeApp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

 

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Service Availability

 

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

 

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConcordeApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.
